			Directions:
			In medium bowl, stir together mayonnaise, sugar, cider vinegar, salt, dry mustard and celery seeds.  Blend well.  
Add cabbage, carrots, green pepper and green onions;  toss to coat well.  Cover;  chill at least 2 hours.
