Ingredients

for the filling:
2 cups blueberries
4 cups strawberries, diced
6 cups diced peaches, with skin on (about 3 medium peaches)
1/4 cup granulated sugar
juice of 1 lemon
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1/2 cup all purpose flour
for the topping:
2 cups rolled oats
1 cup all purpose flour
3/4 cup dark brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 sticks cold, unsalted butter, cubed

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9 x 13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

Combine the fruit with the sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon and flour. Pour into prepared baking dish.

Combine the oats, flour, sugar and salt in a separate bowl. Using two knives work in the butter until topping resembles coarse meal. Sprinkle the topping evenly over the berry mixture.

Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour, or until the fruit is bubbling and topping is golden brown. Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.
